The EFT points in the face are the ones most frequently used. Don’t get too concerned about being perfect. Just tapping through is good as you are speaking or even thinking on the issue you are working on. I often tap just the collarbone point in a pinch.

Tapping the finger points is a good way to tap discreetly when you need to.
