If you are serious about success in network marketing, you MUST take your personal development seriously. I can not stress that enough.
Personal development is at the root of every successful full time network marketer. I would be willing to say it is the absolute most important ingredient for success.
Every bit of personal development you do will increase your skills, your confidence, your comfort level, your value in the market place, your ability to attract abundance.
Personal development will not only improve your leadership skills, it will also help others take you seriously as a leader which in turn will attract people to you.
Personal development also helps build your self-esteem which is another important ingredient for success in network marketing.
Your business will only grow as much as you do. I recommend reading 10 pages of a book each day, subscribe to marketing newsletters and READ THEM, listen to training audios, attending webinars, attend any company events you can manage.

Personal development is indeed the proper starting place for anyone to truly find any real lasting and measurable success in any endeavour.
I especially resonate with your tip about making the time, daily, to read personal development material and listen to audios or attend trainings. This is truly a key to not miss. I have been doing some trainings from Kevin Trudeau which recommend these tips and since I’ve been keeping myself to a schedule in prioritizing this, I have found that I have been making consistent gains daily.

Amen, Sister! I couldn’t agree with you more about personal development being CRUCIAL for Network Marketing Success! That was one of the key ingredients that was missing for me when I first started. I would do what people would tell me to do, I would do the marketing, I would contact people, etc., but I was missing the proper mindset and making sure to invest in myself to improve myself and my self esteem, My business turned around literally overnite, once I started applying this!
